The Hoyer Calibre® is a premium, heavy-duty patient lift designed for the safe and efficient lifting of larger patients, with a remarkable 850 lb Safe Working Load. It features Smart Monitor technology to track usage and ensure proper maintenance, helping extend the lifespan of the lift and improving user compliance.

Warranty

Warranty Policy:

Two-Year Warranty: Covers all mechanical and electrical components for two years from the date of delivery.
5-Year Warranty on Steel Components: Steel structural components are covered for 5 years from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty. DC batteries and other wear-and-tear parts are covered for 90 days.

Warranty Service:

Replacement Parts: Joerns will supply replacement parts or, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products. Warranty replacement parts are covered under the original product warranty period.
Return of Parts: Defective parts must be returned to Joerns for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued upon inspection approval.
Service Requests: Most service issues can be handled by the facility’s Maintenance Department with guidance from Joerns' Product Service Department. If a technician is required, Joerns will dispatch one at its discretion.
