Is shipping really free on all orders?
Yes! Shipping is 100% covered by us unless you want to add white glove service to your delivery and have a professional assemble the equipment for you upon delivery.
Do you offer nationwide/international shipping?
We currently ship nationwide and are working on expanding to international locations. Stay tuned or contact us if you have special shipping needs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product. Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, most orders arrive within 5â7 business days. Youâll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, youâll receive a tracking number via email to follow your packageâs journey.

At this time, we do not accept insurance or disability benefits as a form of payment. However, weâre actively working on expanding our capabilities to offer this option in the future. We appreciate your patience and support as we grow.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, we're happy to assist. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Please note that due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping charges. If you're exchanging your item for a different product, we may be able to assist with a portion of the shipping costs â depending on the product. Reach out to us, and weâll do our best to support you through the process.
Do your products come with a warranty?
